Derby Payment, Reservation Cancellation Policy Kentucky Derby Week. Transportation Due to the high demand and limited availability during Derby Weekend, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking prior to February 15th. The remainder is due no later than March 1st. After March 1st payment in full is required to secure a reservation. No refunds or transfers will be issued for cancellations. Schedule is set 1 week prior. We may allow slight time adjustments on a case-by-case basis, but cannot be guaranteed.

Drivers introductions will happen the morning of your service. You will be in direct contact with your driver. You will also be given the direct concierge line April 15th for any questions at any time. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing you with an extraordinary Kentucky Derby experience. Gratuity is never required, but always greatly appreciated.

Roundtrip Airport Transfer, Please share your aircraft’s tail number or flight number with us. We provide complimentary flight tracking and a 20-minute courtesy wait to ensure a smooth arrival experience. For security clearance at the FBO, the tail number must be Not be hidden (visible for tracking) and confirmed before we can proceed. Without it, delays of 30 minutes or more are possible, and additional charges may apply. In some cases, passengers may need to walk to the FBO with luggage if access is delayed. Help us keep everything smooth out of the gate and start your Derby experience off right by sending your tail number in advance and not hidden. Your driver will reach out to you personally upon landing to coordinate pick up, including any assistance with luggage.
